You can purchase a Nick’s Gift Card online at www.nicksgroup.com.au/product-category/gift-cards/ If you require your gift card immediately, Gift Cards are available for purchase over the counter at Nick’s Seafood Restaurant.
Where can I redeem my Nick’s Dine & Drink Gift Card?
Gift Cards may be redeemed at any of Nick’s Venues; Nick’s Seafood Restaurant, I’m Angus Steakhouse and Adria Bar Restaurant.
When will my gift card expire?
The Gift Card will expire THREE (3) years from the date of issue.
What amounts can I purchase on a Nick’s Dine & Drink Gift Card?
We offer $50, $100 and $200 denominations.
What happens if I don’t use all of the balance on my Gift Card in one go?
If you do not use the full amount of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card. This can then be re-used again in the future. This capability is only available for Gift Cards, paper vouchers must be used all in one go.
Do you offer e-vouchers?
We do not offer e-vouchers.
Delivery Details
Gift Cards are delivered by Express Post (1-3 working days). We will provide you with a tracking code once the Gift Cards have been processed. You can track your delivery using the Australia Post tracking service at: http://auspost.com.au/track
What happens if I lose my Gift Card?
Please treat your valid Gift Cards like cash. Purchases are not refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The original Gift Cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Copies or expired Gift Cards will not be accepted.
Can I receive a refund for my Gift Card?
No, Gift Cards are non- refundable.
