Deposit – Terms and Conditions

Duration of Reservation (Applicable to Nick’s Seafood Restaurant ONLY)
Please be advised that if your reservation is prior to 8pm on a Saturday Evening a 2 hour time duration will apply. We kindly ask that you emphasise with your guests the importance of arriving at Nick’s Seafood Restaurant at your agreed arrival time so you can enjoy your dining experience within your allocated time period.

5.30pm arrival (out by 7.30pm) | 6pm arrival (out by 8pm) | 6.30pm arrival (out by 8.30pm) Reservations from 8pm – no departure time. All lunch reservations have an out by time of 4.30pm due to dinner set up unless otherwise advised.

Deposits:
Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Please be aware we do not split bills. Deposit will not be refunded if the restaurant receives less than 7 days notice of cancellation.

Outstanding Amounts:
Any outstanding amounts that have not been settled & paid at the completion of your booking will be charged by us to the credit card provided by you and held on file.

Final Numbers:
Your final numbers are required 72hrs in advance; if we are notified of a decrease in numbers up until 24hrs prior to your scheduled arrival time a $25 per head charge to the variance in numbers will apply (this excludes special event days where full charges will still apply). If notification has not been received of any changes to your confirmed guest numbers prior to your scheduled arrival time then full payment will be required for any missing guests.

Cancellation:
Should the restaurant receive cancellation of the groups booking less then 24 hours notice of arrival full cancellation of the package price by the amount of guests confirmed will apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Seating Requests:
All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please be aware for groups that are over 12 people, you may be seated across two tables side by side.

Highchairs are not permitted on the front terrace area of Nick’s Seafood Restaurant ONLY due to
OH&S regulations.

For all other venues, please advise when confirming your reservation of any highchair requirements & prams you will be bringing.

Larger Groups: (40 guests or more)
An alternate drop menu is required for groups over 40 guests. Your Entrée, Main + Dessert will be served alternately; A choice will not be offered on the day, guests can swap amongst themselves at the table as required. (Max three selections per course).
All reservations with 40 or more guests will require full food payment along with your final guest numbers 72 hours in advance unless otherwise arranged with your events coordinator.

Beverage Packages:
Beverage package options are available for two or three hour durations and will commence at your confirmed reservation time. Please be aware last drinks will be called 15mins prior to your allocated beverage package time completion. Multiple beverage orders per person will not be permitted in line with our RSA requirements.

By law, management reserves the right to cease serving alcohol should a patron show signs of intoxication.

Beverages on Consumption:
You are welcome to have your beverages charged on a consumption basis (Bar Tab). Please be aware we do not split bills. For groups 40+ a pre selection of wine is required 7 days prior (Max 6 varieties).

Cakes:
Your chosen venue is able to arrange cakes for any occasion with a minimum of 3 days (72hrs) notice period for medium/ large sizes. Cakes are charged from $48 per cake with a personalised message. If you wish to supply your own cake a $5 per person cakeage charge will apply.

Nick’s Seafood Restaurant is committed to the protection of your personal information. Nick’s Seafood Restaurant has developed its own privacy policy,
which is based on the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

This Policy covers all personal information that we hold and includes information we have collected through our restaurant, over the phone and over the internet through our websites. This Policy also covers personal information that we have sourced from third parties.

When you use this website Nick’s Seafood Restaurant will only collect necessary personal information, which you provide, to us and information about how you use
our website, for example by making a purchase or posting original content to our site. This information includes your name, home or work address, phone number,
e-mail contact and information about the products and services, which interest you.

Nick’s Seafood Restaurant will only collect personal information by lawful and fair means and will let you know where and how to contact us.

Use
Nick’s Seafood Restaurant may use your personal information to:
(a) process your orders for our products or services that you place with our website, directly with our store or any other representative of Nick’s Seafood Restaurant;

Your credit card details are transmitted through a secure, third party gateway which sends these details to the bank. All credit card details are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and currency of transactions is in AUD only. Your credit card will be charged accordingly from Nick’s Seafood Restaurant. However, your credit card details are not stored by Nick’s Seafood Restaurant and will destroy or permanently deidentify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose.

Nick’s Seafood Restaurant recognises that your e-mail address and mobile phone number are confidential. We will not use or disclose your e-mail address and mobile phone number to any third party without your explicit consent, nor will you get any unsolicited bulk e-mail (also known as “spam”) with any commercial offers or advertisements, as a result of your registration of details with Nick’s Seafood Restaurant.

When you use this website, our Internet Service Providers record your visit and logs the following data for aggregate statistical purposes – server address, top level domain name (e.g. .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.), date and time of visit, pages accessed, previous website visited and type of web browser and operating system used. This information together with any other feedback / information you provide us from time to time are used to continuously improve our service.

No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a
warrant to inspect service provider logs.

Your IP address is logged upon placing an order as part of our commitment to fraud prevention and security. Nick’s Seafood Restaurant will pass on any
information related to suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.

STANDARD GROUP BOOKINGS T&C’S UP TO 80 GUESTS, any groups over 80 guests will be bound by your specific contracted terms

Deposits:

Larger Groups:
An alternate drop menu is required for larger groups. Your Entrée, Main + Dessert will be served alternately. A choice will not be offered on the day, guests may

30+ guests at I’m Angus Steakhouse or 25+ guests at Stacks All reservations with 40 or more guests will require full food payment along with your final guest numbers 72 hours in advance unless otherwise arranged with your events coordinator.

Beverage Packages:
Beverage package options are available for two or three hour durations and will commence at your confirmed reservation time. side by side. Please advise when confirming your reservation of any highchair requirements & prams you will be bringing.

MELBOURNE CUP DAY

MENU INCLUSIONS :
Menu items are seasonal & may change subject to availability. Special dietary requirements can be catered for however we must be advised at the time of booking. Entrees, mains & desserts are alternately served for groups of 40 people or more – up to 3 options per course. (I’m Angus is 30 guests
or more)

BEVERAGES :
Beverages are not included in the ‘3 Course Package’ price. We will charge on consumption from our wine list on the day and charged to your master account. All major credit cards & cash are accepted. Cash Bar & Split Billing is not available. ‘Canape & Drinks Package’ beverages are available until 3:00pm, after this time beverages can be purchased at the bar.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION DETAILS :
No bookings will be confirmed without Full Pre-Payment. A 100% Cancellation Fee will apply after the 22nd of October.

CHRISTMAS DAY (ADRIA BAR RESTAURANT, NICK’S BAR & GRILL & STACKS BAR RESTAURANT)

SEATING:
Outside seating can be requested however this is not guaranteed. Groups over 12 guests you may be seated across multiple tables. Please ensure all your guests are aware of the booking name to avoid seating delays.

DEPOSITS:
The deposit amount of $100 is a holding deposit only per table, deposits will be processed if the restaurant receives less than 72 hours notice of cancellation.

MENU & BEVERAGES:
Our full a la carte menu (ALC) will be offered for groups of 2-11 adult guests, any reservation for 12 or more adults will be required to go onto one of our set menu options – for more details go to www.nicksgroup.com.au. Kids meals are available for children under 12 years. Beverages are not included unless you add on a beverage package. Beverage packages are only applicable to a full party and not selected guests.

SURCHARGE:
